If you aren't 100% positive that you want to do carrier ops then don't buy this module. There is much to be desired from its armament compared to what the F15 and J11/MIG29 have to offer and not to mention its mediocre flight performance.

- If your looking for a straight forward and effective aircraft, get the F15
- If your looking for an extra layer of difficulty, get the SU27/J11
- If you really want to get the dark souls DCS experience, then get the Mig 29

Keep in mind, this is a very basic summary and there are many nuances for each plane which many of you may come to find as deal breakers such as the Mig's odd flight characteristics or lack of datalink, the flanker's non conventional style of play or lack of AAR etc.. So do your research and remember to allow yourself to fall in love with your favorite aircraft despite its shortcomings. After all, DCS is a simulator first and competitive game second.
