Played through the 2nd Chapter, everything was dandy.
The lift with the getaway vehicle comes down. At this point I had been waiting about 5 minutes for it to come down while fighting tanks and hordes of zombies.
All 4 were still alive.
Bill gets crushed under the truck and dies.

10/10 - Needs more AI
