A masterpiece. In many ways this is an inversion of classic fairy tales. Set in a land of magic you're lost in the woods and meet Hansel and Gretel many years later after they've turned the witch's house of candy into a house of tea. Along the way you meet many fantastic adventurers mid-quest and help them as much (though as little) as you can. And of course along the way you meet and fight your own conflict through catharsis and insight. There are many feels to be had and thoughts free for the taking, The gameplay is excellent and appropriate for what the game is as a whole and I found the length of the game to be tragically perfect.

Art

Feels like an homage to Portal 2 beyond just being of a mod of it. Really fun way to spend some hours. Gets especially good in the second half with the second voice actor. Beware Chamber 14.

Word of warning: don't enable "triple monitor" video setting out of curiousity. It'll make the menu super skinny and hide the "apply" button on you, making it a bit tricky to undo the change.

A fun little game. Not a grand epic, more Portal than Portal 2. Meaning it's a good execution of a simple premise with well defined scope. It's a nice way to spend a few evenings and the price reflects the scale. Some bugs but only very minor things like wrong words in description and pathing issues, which is quite good for how recently it was released. The combination of automation and tower defense is something I can see being explored in future sequels.
