Uncertain of capabilities and needing frequent reassurance. Or over-confident and sometimes overbearing. DNNYKZ is interested in finding out why things are the way they are. Asks questions, but may stop if not getting the answers quickly or easily enough. DNNYKZ enjoys working without supervision and usually continues to carry out duties effectively. Still needs to learn when it is appropriate to call for a supervisor’s advice or authority to act. DNNYKZ always gets on with the job after being given clear parameters. Generally able to come up with they own ideas when help is not available, but may be still lacking the self-confidence to trust own judgment.
