The soundtrack comes with a free game that happens to be pretty good!

Only been playing for a few hours but here is my main takeaways so far: (spoiler free)

* This is a puzzle game first and foremost, if you're expecting something like hollow knight or ori 2 its not gonna be that. The 'combat' present in the game is less fighting and more of 'solve this puzzle quickly while this thing is trying to kill you

* The map is... not for everyone. I've played a ton of metroidvanias so I was able to get used to it after some time but there is no real key or labels to it, you kinda have to go off of icons they give you, and theres some charm to that for sure, given the focus on exploration and figuring things out for yourself.

* This is no *real* fast travel, but there an abundance of shortcuts to help you traverse the map faster. This isn't too bad, but you should expect to see just about every room you ever visit 5+ times at minimum, which leads me into my next point

* Respawning is currently my biggest gripe with this game. Now I haven't played long and I've gotten used to it for the most part, but dying in this game SUCKS. It'll respawn wherever you last saved, which means if you aren't saving at every single opportunity you can, you're gonna grow to hate yourself. The way respawning is handled in this game can make certain segments get reaaaaaaaal old real fast. It definitely doesn't ruin the game for me and I'd still suggest giving it a try, but of the about 3 hours I've played this is by far the biggest turn off for me.

Gamefreak gonna start sweatin when that multiplayer update hits.

Definitely 100% without a doubt worth playing. Almost got dissuaded by the negative reviews myself, but decided to give it a try and can honestly say its one of the most fun card games I've ever played. Don't make the mistake several of these people have and expect to master the game within 6 hours. There's a surprising amount of depth here, and no matter where your build is, you will be able to clear your run if you are playing with a couple turns of foresight.

The only bad thing I can say about this game is that the balancing is a little rough with certain things and the map is so outrageously enormous that you will have a hard time completing certain sidequests without help. This is the closest you will get to a perfect game in 2022.

The pantheon of hallownest is the worst thing i've ever done and will ever do in a video game in my entire life
