Honestly the game is superfun, its like little bursts of bitesized Elden Ring action that satisfies my cravings, but the random people mapmarker spamming actively make me wanna cooperate less because its always some mage character that rushes off on their own spamming the mapmarker and then dying the second they get into combat. Like dawg, you're not hot ♥♥♥♥, just read the room. Playing with atleast one friend is preferable in every way.

Also the bird is hot. Thank you Fromsoft, please more birds in the future.

As much as I love this game the CS2 from CSGO update just makes the game feel.... lesser?

I love the engine update in an off itself; I think the game feels better and the graphical update is also nice, and the new smokes shifts the game up in a way that doesn't clash with the original gameplay while solving some of my biggest issues with it.

That being said the new loadout system annoys the hell out of me; I still to this day do not udnerstand why we can't just have all weapons in the weaponwheel, and instead have to replace the guns. It feels like rock, paper, scissiors where you have to live with the consequences for the rest of the match because there absolutely have been times where I've been like "Damn I could use a negev for holding down this choke during save, but I got it out of the wheel because I use it so rarely." It also essentially removes some of the less popular weapons from the game because when in the world are you gonna be rocking the M249 in your loadout?

Also the lack of maps; I'm sorry but CSGO had been slowly hiding away tons of maps and CS2 continues that trend. Where's Lake, Safehouse, Monastery, Agency, Bank, Train, Cache, Canals, Cobble, Sugarcane, Militia etc? I get that a ton of these weren't "competitive" but removing them? Nah. The game feels stale despite the gameplay changes. Maps where the main thing that offered difference in your gameplay experience and the smaller map-pool can be really felt when I look at the matchmaking and feel; "I am not feeling any of these rn"

It's just such a shame that for what otherwise was such a nice update we've lost SO much. Workshop is thankfully slowly filling up with map ports but idk, as much as I adore Counter Strike it just feels... lesser now. While I know some of the maps will of course make it back I doubt the full roster will ever return.

I still "recommend it" as it is the best of its kind imo, but just know that tons of stuff is missing and as someone who's been playing the game on and off for 10 years now it just stings.

Amazing action-coop game. Story is quite dumb but the environments, gameplay and replayvalue is enough to keep me and my partner coming back. I've beaten this game on the highest difficulty in both SP and MP and S-ranked all Mercernaries missions. Definitely got my money's worth lmao

Honestly? Idk.
I feel like I am so close to loving it but I really genuinly hate the heavy's role in the whole thing. Heavy is always needed due to their utility and for their ability to dish out sustained high damage. However light and medium feels so much more fun to play both as and against and therefor I always feel like I am forced to play heavy to compensate for the team playing light and medium and I am not having fun. The few times I am playing light and medium I am having a great time up until I have to face a heavy with an LMG or sledgehammer.

I get their role in the game, I get the downsides, I get the way it is balanced. I just don't like it.

For now, I find it an enjoyable enough game but with light having the most insane and fun movement it's just sitting there like mocking/tempting me, while I try to play more supportive roles as otherwise no on else will. I really wish the game was balanced from the ground up for everyone to get to use the insane movement to the max.

Feels very similar to The Cat Lady, but has enough twists and differences to stand on its own. Great characters and artstyle, and many memorable moments. Highly recomended if you've liked the Devil Came Through trilogy

Amazing remake that mostly improves on the original game. 95% of changes to story and gameplay I fully welcome, as they do nothing other than making the story of Dead Space 1 richer, better paced and more satisfying. There's very little reason to play the original, with this remake on the table.

If you played the original and want an excuse to revisit it, this is a great one to pick up. It is still the original game, with a few minor tweaks, so don't expect an experience that, like the recent RE4 remake, differs enough to feel like a fresh experience. What you played back in the day is what you'll be playing now.

If you've never played the original and wanna play one of the most influential action-horror games of all time, you've definitely been spoiled by this vastly improved experience that stays almpst completely true to the original, all the way down to the specific architectural quirks, EXCEPT for when there was a bad part. This game instead decides to change these things to make the game a better version of itself. There is only one part of the game I felt was a "lesser" version, but you won't notice it if you're new, and you'll like what is there, so it's okay. Believe me, that section is not worth playing the original for over this, and forego all the improvements.

I think the main thing Condemned has going for it, is the really unique atmosphere. The backdrop of severe urban decay, walking through abandoned and derelict environments that seem like they're still somehow just barely kept up and running, evokes a weird type of feeling that no other game has scratched for me. There is also a very interesting mystery here that, while maybe it doesn't have the best payoff, really adds to said mood.

That being said, while there's a lot to like about the melee focused gameplay, it's overall quite janky, and really held aback by

I don't mind a slower pace, it is set in mainly indoor environments so the slow walkingspeed does add, it's mainly the walking up and down sloped surfaces and staircases that just feel tedious and honestly kinda take me out of it sometimes.

Overall I do think this is a game you should pick up if you're a big horror fanatic. It offers something unique and different, but just has an element of jank that makes the experience more cumbersome than it had to be.

Idk for some event every killer in the world is just toxic in this game. Never listen to anyone saying that "survivors are toxic" because its bs. Tunneling, hatchblocking, slugging four people til they all bleed out. Everything always. It's nuts how horrendously toxic the players of this game are

It does what it says on the tin. It is definitely a VR Chat, except you can also play in Non-VR.
I've talked to some cool people, I've talked to some not-cool people.

Playermade content makes up the bulk of the game. You can make and upload your own worlds and avatars, either for your own use or public use, which gives you tons of content to explore and experience.

The game is superunoptimized making public rooms a bit of an laggy mess, often filled with "loud=funny"-people, kids and trolls, but when you start finding some cool people to hang out with, you'll spend more time in smaller instances, talking and getting to know people, or playing minigames.
Idk if I nescecarily "recommend" VRChat as your experience is going to be entirely dependant on the people you run into, but it's nice to have a way to meet new people and socialize while stuck at home. Just be prepared for a fair bit of worldhopping.
