Forcing Steam users to link to PSN, C'mon man

So the game isn't bad, it's not just a re-skin of SE4 and actually is quite enjoyable with friends. However the pricing model to actually play the full game is horrendous.

First it started with free DLC becoming paid DLC - Fair enough
Then the Paid DLC got split into season passes - Somewhat fair enough
Now the Paid DLC gets split down into season passes & pay per mission - That's ridiculous

On sale the game was £8.39, to get the full game on sale with just the DLC missions's was like £35 not terrible but remember this is on sale.

To get the game full price (£41.99) and all the full price DLC (£149.24) is £191.23 or for just the story £85.83 full price.

My advice would be to wait for a big sale as current price wise it's just ludicrous, yes game companies need to make money but the idea is that multiple sales of the game at a reasonable price will make profit, and a good one at that! However by making a game and selling it piecemeal it's just shameful but is sadly becoming the norm.

Game is good when it works (insert fist bump emoji)

Do you like spending the rest of the game to hunt the B****** down and get sweet revenge..... then to be shouted at by your squad leader for focusing on the wrong objective.....

Then pick up this PTSD simulator, load up a games, squad up and have some fun!!

I loved the original Chivalry, I thought Mordhau was okay, but so far I'm loving Chivalry 2. Glad my time as an archer in Chiv 1 wasn't wasted!

The Micro transactions are just cosmetic only like it should be.

I'm enjoying the game as it's one that you can pick up, do the tutorial, have a good time and not get stomped by people who've played it for a year plus.

I can't support a game that requires you to link to Epic Games when 1. I bought the game on steam and it never required an epic account before and 2, Epic is a company with shareholders like Tencent - do some research into it's owners.

Is how I see a lot of comments and reviews from people who played the original 2002 game- I haven't but I did really enjoy this game! It did have me on the edge of my seat and though it doesn't replace Mafia 2 as my favourite of the series (that I've played so far) I really enjoyed it and would recommend it to those who want to scratch that organised crime itch!

As they always say keep your friends close and your enemies closer and don't pass up an offer you cannot refuse. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

When it works the game is pretty fun, playing with superpowers in the city felt strange at the start but quickly became second nature. Though what’s the point of vehicles when you can run faster or fly further without them to be honest.

Sadly though the fun comes to an abrupt end as it often will hard crash my pc. It’s not my specs with a 30 series card, ryzen 7 series CPU and 16gb of ram. After messing with the 3D modelling and locking the FPS to 58 it doesn’t crash as much and now it only crashes the game and not my entire PC.

For how much the game crashes and the constant save scumming you have to do because of the crashes (and sometimes the game won’t event let you save!) I wouldn’t recommend the game in its current buggy/crash ridden state- wait to see if they do a remaster then buy it.
