Worth the 100GB install.
The game's free to play, but it doesn't bother you about making in-game purchases to skip on progression like many other popular free MMORPGs (we'll see if this changes in the future). These 12 hours have been some of the most enjoyable I've had in a long time and there's much I like about the game. Almost as much customization as is possible, encouragement to explore the open world, various mini-games, and an interesting story, to name a few. The option to play online, offline, or private multiplayer is another really nice feature.
My main complaint is the insane amount of lag in co-op mode that makes the game significantly less pleasant, maybe something that is fixed by going online. The movement also makes it really difficult to make small adjustments without falling off of whatever you're on, though it is far from a deal breaker. Aside from that, maybe graphics settings could have a few more options, though there should be enough for any normal person.

9/10 so far.

I don't recommend more than 4 players without custom maps

A really fun game to play alone, even better when you have friends. I personally would only recommend buying if you have a lot of money or friends, though even if you don't play with them much, you can still play alone. There is way more content than one might expect from such a game (though in the form of badges and ascents). Worth the money as of now and for the foreseeable future.

My largest complaint is the instability and fairly poor optimization as far as I can tell. The game is surprisingly demanding on the gpu, even without maxing quality settings, and it crashes or gives bsod more than any other game I have played so far.

Honestly I haven't gotten much out of this game, but I can see it giving a lot of playtime, especially with the modding.

Fun game to play with friends and it has a ton of content. I would definitely snag it on sale.

I am only recommending this game because it is free.
The combat is fun enough and nothing is shoved in your face as far as I can see yet, but as most gacha games are, it's uncomfortably focused on making "gooner" characters. This game might as well be Genshin Impact with slightly more reasonable characters.

I like this game so far. The first of this style of game that I have played. The RNG makes me a little angry at times, but not enough to stop me. As one who dislikes spending significant money on games, this one is worth the price in my opinion. Can feel somewhat repetitive though. 8/10

Not the most active game I have played so far, I would note that it has a lot of story, a large aspect of enjoying the game. This is certainly a gacha game, whether that steers a person to or from it. The community for Limbus Company and the other games in the series is quite interesting. I haven't played enough of this game to have experienced much of the interesting parts, but the characters and story, mixed with some potential for thinking and skill in combat, make for an entertaining enough game.

There are many different encouraged ways to progress through runs. This game can be replayed a lot and supports multiplayer. You can even create your own characters if you want to spice it up. I can't wait for the sequel.
