TLDR; Great game, although short. Completed 100% playthrough with all secrets and maxed stats/skills in 28 hours. Would recommend to all Star Wars fans! Great Storyline!

Difficulty: Variable. Played on Master and got a feel of a real challenge but not too impossible.

Upsides:
Great graphical experience. Combat was fluid and challenging. In some areas, you can use the environment to your advantage against opponents. Lightsaber customization was unique compare to other Star Wars games. Story line was solid and easy to follow.

Downsides:
Limited to one following a singular path. Only a few planets to discover and secrets easy to find. Although Lightsaber had a handful of customization, there was a limited selection of crystal colors. Lightsaber fighting styles were also very specific, however, it is Character driven, so it likely follows Cal's form. Limited costume/appearance. Looked less like a Jedi of the Order and more of a vagrant mechanic (which Cal technically is). Not a big variation on Force Abilities, but as said before, likely because it is drive by the character Cal.

A must-play, free-to-play, grindcore, space ninja sci-fi.

Warframe has a very large story base with lots of hidden lore. That is, if you ever want to stop and smell the roses instead of slamming through hordes of enemies, completing challenging jumping puzzles, doing endless roaming expeditions on a number of planets, or getting distracted by trying to unlock every single playable level.

Do note, all of this can be done without paying a single penny.
Have I payed anything? Why, yes. Because I love this game and wish to continue to support the developers! Did it really give me an edge in the game? Not exactly. There are still items you are required to do missions to obtain to become stronger and hit enemies harder. Throwing money at the game may help, but the best things are earned.

But what is the best weapon? There may be some weapons that have more damage, but that does not make it the best! And that is jsut a fraction of why this game can absorb all of your time. It's a style-play kind of game. Pick a type of Warframe you like. It's not quite one of those typical RPG's where you have healers, tanks, and damage-per-second classes, but there are Warframes that can fill those roles, and so much more. And if you ever feel lost, there are moderators online often, and even veteran players, that will guide you through any process! I would highly recommend joining a clan, for the sake of surviving hard quests, and having even more fun with players that may have 'broken' builds. And oh my goodness, there are some broken Warframe builds. And it's fun. The developers are also always coming out with a new warframe at least once a year or so. And then they rotate more powerful gear to grind for in certain quests. Thus, giving something new to do if you have done everything (which is not impossible, but i have over 600 hours, and I maybe have about 40% completion...)

I love being a tank. Inaros just happens to be a warframe that only has health, no shields, and can steal life on certain melee kills. However, his quest to build him took FOREVER (like a week, really).

This variety of things you can do can be overwhelming, but sometimes you just have to take the dive and try it. The developers have listened to the community and evolved the game over the years to become something far better than originally planned.

And I haven't even touched on the visuals. The designers have done so well with building unique environments and character models. Is everything flawless? No, but gosh they get close!

I do not regret any payment or time lost in playing this beautiful game.

TLDR;
10/10 played it again and again without the need for mods.

What makes this game fun, is the variety of tactical movements you can achieve with a squad. Whether you decide to just make a party of summoners, a full party of healers, or a party of tanks, every fight will be a new experience. I have had a fair share of reloading save games because a fight went sideways from an unpredictable event, and even then the reloaded fight may start off even harder, or much easier!

It is also super nice with the flexibility of character classes. There are many skills to choose from from the various classes. Some tweaks and changes would be nice (such as maxing out a skill and getting a unique benefit, much like maxing summoner and the imp becomes a champion. But that's the only perk! What about the other summons?!)

I digress. I play without mods, as I have felt it needed nothing out of the ordinary. Summoning more than one summon can be very broken on less-than-hard difficulty.

I have put a lot of time into this game because I tried to be a completionist, but there are some areas that I just forgot to cover, could not figure out, or had a bug that prevented completion (or i killed someone important).

Also, being able to pick from one of six important characters, or just creating a unique character is nice. Aside from only four races and undead versions of each, game play is still enjoyable and sensible. (Mods may change this!)

Being able to play online with friends can change everything. From a perfect storyline, to maybe never leaving the first act. Enjoyable regardless!

The added ability to have someone create an entire campaign and have friends play it online is also insane!

TLDR
10/10 played it again and again.
