First off. I'd like to say, I'm not a furry. I'm not anti-furry, either. Cute animals are cute animals. I ain't gonna wear it, tho.

Y'know... Never thought I'd buy a fur-bait game (as in furry bait), but uhh... It's actually quite fun. If yea don't like se***lised content such as "physics," you can disable it. I've heard about people in the furry community not liking borderline-zoo**phile content (as in se***lised furry content), which I can highly respect. If yea wanna play, but don't wanna see such things, just disable. Doesn't ruin anything. You can customize your character to even limit such things. Literally. Just make a plane humanoid character if you wish. You don't need tails/snouts/ears/horns. You do you, my dudes.

But I digress. Game's fun. Characters are fun. Classes are fun. Everything is quite simple. Basic action RPG elements. You can grind for items, or just dungeon crawl with quests. Game is fun with people, or without. It's easier with a friend for sure inside a few dungeons. Trust. Bosses get HARD if you aren't with someone. Makes it fun, still.
I feel like if VA's were hired, it would be easier to play longer periods of time. I'm a dyslexic duder, okay. Don't smite me. Lol.

Game was buggy at launch, but it was still good. Game is now done, a lot less buggy, less issues, and CDPR clearly showed their passion, and value in the game.

I will always recommend this a playthrough if someone likes shooters, and RPG's.

The game won't even run on a high-end custom 5k PC build. I WAS going to try it with a group of friends, but even they couldn't get the game to run properly. Looking further at the reviews, the game took a turn for the worse, and spoke to people who actually played it recently. All negative. Yeah, I shouldn't take their word for gold, but I trust them more than I do with steam reviews.

The game has been pretty bad for the past 5 years. It's a cash grab p2w with players who are bored, camping quest areas, making everything harder for newer players. I genuinely believe there's a part of the player-base that is trying to kill this game off. Which makes sense.

What's this game?

Tl;dr: You take Planetside 2, and you pair it with battlefield. That's literally what this game is.

It's like Battlefront, but it's better.

Ever heard of Dust 514? No? Well that sucks because this is also comparable.

Update:
Playing this a bit more, people complain a LOT about server activity. You'll at least find one person on at all times of the day, but that's okay! It's a hard game to get a feel for, and learning the gear mechanics. It's much harder to get a feel for the game when you have a player on the opposite team, farming the absolute crap out of you from air assets. If you want to play with players, your best bet is to hop on during the morning, and evening. Times ranging from 9AM to 12 PM CST, and 6PM to 11PM CST. The weekends are the busiest, ofc.

I don't understand the confusion, and gripes about the AI, graphics, UI, etc. This is a game that was originally started on Unreal Tournament 3, and then they used that prize money to create this one. It's a slow development, small dev team, running on Unreal Engine 3. The game looks good for what it is. It's GOING TO BE DATED... You bought the game, KNOWING that. It's a dated engine, and that has limitations. Dated engine or not, the game is GOOD. Look past the graphics.

If you are having issues with chatting in-game, go to Controls, Comms, and SCROLL DOWN. Change the designated "P" key to + or something. Problem fixed.

I've been following the devs for a long while now. They are always transparent with their games, didn't overprice the this cosmetic pack by another 10 bucks, LIKE MOST COMPANIES WOULD, and named it for what it is. The cosmetics look sick, too.

Alr, now shup up, and take my money.
(If we could post gifs here, I think we'd all use the one from Futurama...)

You can always find this game on sale several times throughout the year. Dev Team is amazing. Playing with randoms is okay most of the time, but most of the fun is more than likely with friends.

It's a really fun game. I've played it since Beta. I was hesitant at playing it after release due to starting a new save. I had to start a new save because the previous one was the Beta build. Anyways, I digress.

Play the game at your own pace. If you play battlefield, and love using the little bird, there's a build for that in this. Though, it's not like micromanaging your altitude, but on the hectic scale, 0-60 within seconds. Just like Battlefield. By build, I really mean building your ship so you can zip around, dodging, weaving, out maneuvering, etc etc.

Wanna test drive a ship? Just save... Like saving before entering a dungeon's room in Skyrim, or unaliving Nazeem.

I really enjoy the characters, and the story. Personally, I just wish you could branch off of the typical "good ending" story just by doing certain actions. Not dialog choices. If Rockfish had more time, yeah, could have been done. Community was hungry for new content during Beta. With that logic, screw my opinion on the matter.

I just genuinely enjoy the game.
It's not a extremely hard core space fairing game like Star Citizen, or Elite Dangerous.
It's not too arcade like, in my opinion. As in like Warframe's Railjack, Warthunder's Space Combat April Fools event, etc.
If it is too arcade-like for you, just toggle some of your HUD, and don't lock-on unless you plan to use a rocket.
You can play it smart, or go braindead. (Teehee, rockets go brrrrrt)

I have NOT explored extensively past Ceto. For the places I have been when I do go beyond Ceto, game is really beautiful.

This game isn't about being able to subtlety change your graphics to match your machine's performance to quality median. Though, you can definitely try.

-The following is not for high-end PC users. Crank yo scht to max for all I care.-

I highly recommend for you to leave everything low except for view distance, and particles. The rest is up to your preference. I know, some people panic about too much particles. Trust me, it's okay. I get it. The only reason why I suggest to up the particles to Medium is because it makes a difference for visuals. Not performance, obviously. Trust me, trade-off is worth it. Performance wise, it doesn't really make a whole-lot of difference.

It's a fun game to get into. Just one issue. NO STORAGE SPACCCCCEEE. There's literally 0 storage space other than what small pockets I have for an inventory. I have received multiple four free armor sets due to promotional events just in a couple of days. A single set of spare armor takes a fourth. Two spare armor sets take up half your inventory. A nice outfit saved for cosmetics to mismatch takes up another fourth.
Besides the armor storage issue, I'm having an issue with storage due to important buff items, healing items, rare items from quests, etc.

Not able to sell the armor sets because they are the free pilot sets. I don't want to get rid of them because they are a good base/parts to mismatch with armor sets.

I'm a F2P player. Starting out, you're forced to save up money for Speeder Training at level 25.
Your entire savings is supposed to be spent on gear repair only. Speeder Training is currently 35k. At level 20, I've made just about 25k when only spending on gear repair, selling bad gear/drops, etc. Buying more inventory space costs me about 5k+ for the starter upgrade. Buying a "house" would only waste money since it would cost me 5 bucks just to get 80 storage.

I can't get the storage items for the "house" from the quest because I am literally out of pocket space. >:(

Yes. I'm a horder for items. I'm one of them types. It just would have been nice to not get blasted with free nice armor sets. Got two armor sets from getting Jaron as a companion, and two free pilot commander sets. There goes my inventory space.

NOT STREAMER FRIENDLY
(Unless you turn off in-game voice chat.)

Got the game, thought it would be fun, it is fun until you talk to the playerbase from person to person. You ask someone to not scream in your ear, and they still do it. You even report someone for saying the N word, and it does nothing. You have no choice but to turn off voice chat to even enjoy the combat. You're stuck with kids screaming in your ears, and toxic behavior, throwing racial slurs.
