Good game if you want a challenge. Be prepared to rethink your strategy, because if you're not beating the enemies that's either a skill issue or a build issue.
Also be prepared to be bombarded with more stats than you thought possible when actually building your AC.

the best 1v1 party game i have played

good movement. funky bugs. child murder and saws. there is much suffering to be had but i am a masochist.

One of the more innovative ideas for a game I've seen. The gameplay is pretty good and movement is great but after a while it's a bit repetitive so the ghost ship idea was nice.

very cool game. first day in hardmode i got a solar eclipse then skeletron prime came and span into my npc's :( but other than that very nice.

You learn a lot about orbital mechanics and how the explosions look (mainly from experience).
It's fun to mess about in and go through the career mode etc but really you don't have to. As for the DLC, Breaking Ground is more interesting in general due to the deployable science modules and generated surface features but both of them are rather overpriced.

They should have added things to explore in the settlements, would have made them more fun. The handling felt better and the radio is nice but not everything has boost anymore and there's no races to unlock it. The bases are just the same mission over and over. Pre-ordered it and somewhat disappointed but hopefully will be better in a year.
