Just like the first game, this is another gem of a tactical shooter. If you liked the first, you'll like this. If you haven't tried the first, you are missing out.

Love the SteamWorld universe and cannot wait for more!

Charming, excellent mechanics, doesn't take itself too seriously, visually pleasing, good balance of difficulty, tons to do... MEGA addictive.

Highly recommend!

If there was ever a game that should have had procedural generation tech for the environment, it would be this one.

Four missions in a row where I had a very limited time on the planet I landed within walking distance of where I previously landed. The rocks in the caves had all magically respawned and all the trees were back... yet where were my old buildings? Why did I have a time limit for each mission claiming I'd never be back in range to be scooped up from low orbit when I got sent down to the very same damn spot on the planet FOUR TIMES IN A ROW?! Surely I'd have been out of range by the second mission?!

There is a tiny inventory space on your lander that specific items are supposed to be put into, these elusive "Exotics" primarily, however you can put anything you want in there... Only heaven forbid you want to bring any of your old gear with you to the station at the end of a mission. All that time you spent grinding an absurd amount of ores to make a valuable useful firearm and enough ammo just gets what? Jettisoned into space?? WHY?! Even your oxygen tanks? Your armour?!?!

Absolutely absurd game logic, gameplay design decisions, and terrible implementation. Don't get me started on the downright pathetic performance optimisation either.

I could forgive the retarded animal AI which carnivores never hunt anything but you, despite "prey animals" walking right past them.
I could forgive the stupid "fungal infection" you just randomly get when you are in a cave, despite being in a fully sealed space suit breathing from oxygen tanks, which does nothing but drastically lower your max stamina thus extending your time spent waiting around for it to recharge to be able to do anything.
I could forgive the weather systems literally targeting you and the also stupid "overexposure" mechanic, despite (AGAIN) being in a fully sealed spacesuits.
The list goes on and on... and they all add up to something I just cannot forgive.

This game has the potential to be excellent, but just falls on its face and the team behind it simply don't seem to care or understand.

Space Dwarves being Space Dwarves on an alien bug infested planet.

Your mission is to mine for beer and drink gold. And to spam the V key on your keyboard.

Diablo/Path of Exile meets Cyberpunk, with a capital C.

Visuals are excellent, audio is fantastic, gameplay is fun and satisfying while still challenging.

Orbus is one of the first VRMMOs, and it has the holy trinity system (Tank, Healer, DPS).

Sure, the graphics are nothing to write home about, but do graphics make a game any better? No, they don't.

There is plenty to do in Orbus, just like any other MMO. You can go fishing, critter hunting, scavenging, mining, PvP battlegrounds, questing, dungeon diving, alchemy, and there are even little dragon pets that you can race around tracks and breed to get all sorts of cosmetic combinations.

The player count may seem low on Steam Charts, but remember that this game can be bought directly from the Oculus Store, so check out https://orbusvr.com/ for the live player count.
