Doesn't let me watch enough ads

I have been playing since beta, and have just recently got the game on steam. if you're going to be playing the game for any prolonged period of time eso+ is AMAZING value and honestly doesn't even feel like a sub... if you happen to just buy crowns even just once a month you may as well just get this. compared to a lot of other mmorpg subs this is by far the best....it can be cancelled so don't believe all the negative comments crying about it being recurring and not being able to cancel it. 100% recommend this for anyone that ACTUALLY plays the game. if you only log on from time to time and not even at least a couple times a week then this isn't for you, but if you play the game even just on your days off and you plan to continue doing that. get the sub.

I only recently found out gwent is on steam, so i don't have many hours listed, but i've been playing the game since beta.....

a lot of the negative comments say that the game is slow, and not friendly towards new players...especially when it comes to earning cards. (a lot of them say it takes a lot of time, or MONEY) (edit: the pace of the game depends largely on the type of deck you are using, if you prefer fast paced decks i highly suggest something like firesworn syndicate, or insectoid monster.)

That is just flat out incorrect. this game is INCREDIBLY new player friendly, and getting MULTIPLE high end decks is SUPER easy. you can get one or two decks on different factions going with ease and earn a lot of borders, titles, and leader/leader skins within the first few hours of playing the game. this game has an achievement system that rewards you with reward points. you can spend these points that you get in bulk on cheap things on multiple different trees to earn a ton of iron, scraps, dust, and card packs. you get a ton of rares and premium cards from almost every cardpack, and it's super easy to get what is basically the equivalent of hearthstones golden cards. in a matter of a few matches played i can get enough iron and scraps to make an entire deck full of premium cards, and artifacts. and in the past 5 matches today i've built 2 new decks and acquired two new leader skins for the syndicate faction. (the second one from scratch as i used my saved up scraps and such on the first)

you get rewards, and cardpacks CONSTANTLY, and crafting other cards is super cheap, so you really don't need to worry about this game being like others (like hearthstone) when it comes to collections.

Take my word for it. this game is incredible, both in visuals and accessibility. It also got a single player story campaign type of mode, but i haven't really messed with that.

100% recommend, i've never spent a dime on this game and i own every single monster card, nilfgaard card, and skellige card....and i'm close to having all the syndicate cards in just the past 12 hours of play time.

this is a free game that i would pay for. so give it a try!

Right now i would not tell anyone to get this over the free one. between the two there are no notable differences aside from 2 negative ones

Cons.
-Harder to run
-People can "out gear" you
-EXACTLY the same as the free one

i have only played for 2.3 hours and i have not enjoyed a single second of it and if i was able to refund it.......i would i really do not understand the praise this game gets when there is a more balanced and free version of it
