Shorter, less scary and dumbed down version of The Dark Descent. Storywise it is creepy and the industrial-piggy-theme it had going on were handled well in my opinion. But as a successor for The Dark Descent and as a game it's really nothing special. I would still recommend this if you're a hardcore Amnesia fan.

Nothing special really. There is not much gameplay elements in it and it's all about the story. I mean.. It's fine.
The art style is really cool. The game looks like a.. painting?

The best Alien game in history and probably the best Predator game too.
I loved the Aliens vs Predator 2 as well but it's not available in steam store, which is a real bummer.

The 2nd best Alien game in history. It is intense as hell. I loved the futuristic 70's retro tech aesthetics!
It's a bit repetitive and the AI can be a ♥♥♥♥♥ sometimes. That's all the negative I could think of.

We had so many good 90's throwback shooters now and this is in top 5 easily.
If Dusk was influenced mainly by Quake and Ion Maid..Fury was THE build engine game after Duke Nukem 3D, I guess Amid Evil has to be the modern reincarnation of Heretic and/or Hexen.

You should still play this in 2020. Great AI.

This is pretty okay sequel for F.E.A.R.

I liked Metro 2033. I played this many years later, so I can't tell you about the differences. I think Steam doesn't even have the original available anymore.

One of my favourite RPG's ever.
Good old fashioned turn based combat. Animations and graphics are pretty simple, so basically everything happening in the game world is presented via text. Lots of reading, I'll tell ya. So if you are generation z, you might want to skip this one.

Some people still prefer original Doom 3 over this one but in my opinion BFG Edition is what you should be playing. It supports 16:9 and modern resolutions straight out of the box. There is one change in the gameplay compared to the original. If you know what it is, you probably played the original back in 2000's and prefer that version over this one. If you have no clue what I'm talking about, then this is the version you should be playing.
