METAL SLUG TACTICS Review

It's a tough game starting out, but once you get the hang of the team sync dynamics it starts to get fun. Give it time to simmer in the pan!

I've been playing this Steam version since it's release.
I found quite a few glitches the first few runs I played. (Players standing off map, freezing screen animations, etc)
The last few patches really cleaned them up. I've only had one glitch the last three play-throughs.

The characters are pretty cool and I like the mix of melee/ranged options for each one.

My only gripe is this: the upgrades, weapons, and player skills menus need a UI refresh.
I just feel like the menus could be more fluid.

Final Verdict: Good game!

PROS:
· Visual style is pretty cool.
· Like the weapon choices and how they function.
· Story-line is pretty cool.
· Rewarding game-play

CONS:
· The lag becomes bad with high build player areas. (Although, recent patches have smoothed it out more. )
· YOU WILL DIE ◌ It's a good idea to have multiple sets of tools/weapons!

Valheim is a Viking conquest fest meets Minecraft style of game with some glorious visuals. A few mechanics need some balancing but overall a good time with friends. Worth the purchase and the developers keep adding new content and patches. Hope in the future they add some magic classes for the players to use and not just the enemies.

Phasmophobia is a good experience.
Had a wicked fun first few games with some friends and a rando' dude. (shout-out to Rocko)

One optional objective had us instigate a ghost into attacking us. This little ankle-biter appeared out of nowhere and chased us like a honey badger. We all survived by hiding in closets up the stairs.

A Good time for sure...

Dig the arcade style and music.

Wish my controller worked with this game. Find myself using the keyboard with how slow the controller response is here.

The classic AoE2 with a bunch of polish. The graphics/music took the 'roids and bulked the F up on this one. Nice and beefy. ;0

The boat AI is still wonky sometimes but no biggie.

I am highly disappointed in this game's absence of a team deathmatch component for multiplayer. I was not aware of this until a friend of mine bought the game and brought it to my attention that we cannot play team matches together online. (We refunded immediately)

DOOM MP Clans = Extinct. Good way to kill the small community that the 2016 DOOM developed.

Nice little upgrade to a phenomenal classic.
Endless hours of beast slaying and magic mania, now with a tinge more beauty on the overall engine.

I have played Neverwinter Nights since it's original release and will continue to enjoy it. Sure there are some hokey glitches now and then, but once in a while it makes it more fun. The level builder and included dedicated server program literally make it a never-stopping riot. (although online multiplayer is somewhat dead)

Rąptør is a classic.
It's not easy but that makes it worth it. (IMO)

Fun and creative game. Love equiping two blasters/swords and going to town on baddies. 360ņø$çøpə harvested!

Tons of fun, especially with friends. Once I got the dynamics down, I found myself driving on the walls, ceilings, and even flying through the air just to 'rip a shot' at the enemy team.

Online Ranked Games gets competitive. Don't be surprised when people start hating on you 'cus you have mad goal scoring skills! Good times!

Car customization is a nice touch. Wish there were more color options and decals to choose from, but there is a decent assortment from the get-go.

Overall, a great game worthy of being added to anyone's collection.

Came back to this review to add some new giblets. EPIC Games has bought Psyonix and Rocket League is now free-to-play! While at first most die-hards were skeptical, the free-to-play aspect has reinvigorated the player base. Now the community is massive! The only cons I have from playing so long: 1. The ranked system is rigid. You can win a bunch of games and not rank up sometimes. 2. SMURFS!
