This game despite its flaws, its many, many many flaws is an amazing game. The world building in amazing when it works, it feels fun and immersive, and I actually cared about my actions and characters in a story sense. If you were to compare it another genre of game, at least for me I think to Grand Theft Auto V is on the same type of wavelength in terms of type of game. Where GTA excels, Cyberpunk tends to lack. GTA is a really polished and well written game. Cyberpunk is a really polished and well written game. GTA builds an inviting and thorough world, Cyberpunk sort of does. It has some problems that when not following a main mission or even a side mission makes the world fall apart and seem quite undercooked.

Rambling aside when Cyberpunk is engaging and fun, it is extremely engaging and fun. When it's not, it is really painfully obviously not. I bought this game on release on full price and haven't regretted it despite its flaws, keeping in mind I refunded Battlefield 2042 after 40 minutes. New DLC and expansions are apparently coming, free of charge so I'll update this when they release but this was a lot of fun to play and I would recommend it to everyone.
