I'm not quite sure who you are... :)
Well if you aren't an active part of the steam giveaway scene then I can understand why you might think it had the value of $30 dollars.
Unfortunately, and fortunately, there is a big difference between store price and actual value.
With Dota 2 for example, the early access is $30 but early access ekys are given away in the thousands every single day, and a $20 on the store game like The Ship, there are an endless amount of copies (Every time you redeem one copy, you get an extra for a friend and so on)
So those of us who are an active part of the giveaway communities see people attempting to exploit things that are basically free every single day.
And then some of us, like me, tend to forget that a vast majority of steam users might not be part of the giveaway scene. :)
The reason aliot of people react as soon as someone tries selling beta and free to play keys is because we see it so often, so perhaps someone doesn't know that they are over exploited and tries to get something out of it and suddenly a bunch of people jump on him.
It's unfortunate, we unfortunately we develop a knee jerk reaction to that kind of thing. :/

I can find out first hand what good graphics look like in a game. :P
Click the Steam dropdown in the top left, click the Exit button, then wait until it is fully done synching the Cloud, then restart Steam. Let me know if that works. :)
Obviously it's good now but it's going to be amazing at release. <3

Best Wishes,

if i new about the game i would have been one of the kickstarts but i did not know about it untell now. hope to hire from you in the future
I play a little bit of everything these days, really. I move on from game to game quite a bit. The one I'm really excited for at the moment is Dishonored, which is unlocking on Steam tonight. Been a long time since a great new stealth IP has come out.
As for Malevolence, I actually remember taking a lot of interest in that game on Kickstarter a while back! Didn't think of checking for it on Greenlight though, so I definitely will now :)
Are you still playing that old game? Or what do you play these days?
It goes well with me, looking forward to several games coming out this year, the main one being Malevolence: Sword of Ahkranox. If you love Grimrock which it seems you do, do yourself a favor and find Malevolence on Greenlight.
The lead developer, Alex, is a really awesome guy. :)
Did some house cleaning. Notice to all: If you have nothing but negativity and misinformation, please do not spill your bile on my comment section, I reserve this for conversation with my steam friends and traders, thank you. :)
I will discuss and explain myself, and allow you to explain yourself, just be aware that after the discussion, both of our comments will be deleted, thank you.
How goes it with you?
That was indeed unexpected. How are you doing? :)
Just doing my part to help and inform, and I spend way too much time with games off all kinds so I feel I am well equipped to help. ;)
Assuming then, that many thousands of players opt in for this and they're all logged out at the same time, will there actually be thousands of non-player controlled characters walking around performing these tasks?
And is it possible to rent some sort of protection for times like that?
McPixel got the honor. :)

And you want to know what I am working on?
It will be a while before I will release information about it, and certainly a long time until it comes on greenlight.
There should be plenty of games on greenlight to keep you occupied though. :)
