I will not find a game I enjoy more, or a better use for 10 dollars. The sabering in this game has so much mechanical depth that some have put over a decade into honing their skills and still have a lot to learn. 5 saber styles each with 8 unique attacks with unique ranges and damage values. The movement is a lot of fun. There is something known as Strafe Jumping you can do to add a LOT of momentum to your jump. And movement works as one with sabering.

Then there's the community I love so much. The people are very friendly on the server I play on, and it's the most populated one as well. Visit www.jofacademy.eu for information on how to play with a server full of dedicated and friendly players. You don't fight without both parties consenting here, which leads to a lot of opportunity to socialize. But if you are into dueling, don't worry, we have very skilled saberists in our clan. Some are even dedicated to learning a sort of martial art for sabering, so you will have a lot of catching up to do. And if you end up joining you can access it yourself one day, if you are a patient and good member of the community.

Because of all this and more, JoF has been able to thrive as a community for over a decade. It is, in my opinion, the most promising spark left in this 17 year old game and it has sparked something in my heart I have not had much success with elsewhere in life. Motivation. Purpose.
