I want to present you a recipe of donuts. :D
Ingredients:
500 g flour, 2 yolks, 350 ml milk, 2 sachets of vanilla sugar, a salt dust, lemon peel, 1 tablespoon sugar, 30 g fresh yeast or, 10 g dry yeast, 10 g vanilla powdered sugar, fried oil.
Preparation: Mix the yeast with a tablespoon of sugar and warm milk and leave a little until it foams. Then beat well with the yolks and 300 g of flour with a mixer. Add salt, vanilla sugar, lemon peel and the rest of the flour. It is kneaded to be an elastic and molten dough. Leave the leaven for 30 minutes.
After leavening, the fluffy donut dough is spread on a thin finger-thick flour counter. Cut the slices with a special shape or a glass with thin edges. Mine were approx. 6 cm in diameter.
The dough for fluffy donuts is left on the tray for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil well and put the donuts in the hot oil, and put the fire on the small one. They return with 2 forks on the other side
