Best “friend slop” game yet, easy to learn hard to master, beautiful art style.
It’s not that hard but if you hate your friends you can make their day worse.

Not my style personally but the game is good.
The graphics and gore are really good for a 2020 game, I had 144fps constantly with max settings on a RX 6750 XT on 1440p.
Also, they added mod support which is pretty cool

I do not recommend this game because it slowly eats away at your soul day by day.
Sometimes I start DBD just to quit before getting queued into a match cause of the new killer queue times, and the last few survivor matches, at least for me, have been 40+ second ques.

Also, people saying that there is a new privacy policy, no that is not new, people have been complaining about it for years now, and they don't actually collect all of that information, it just gives them the permission to. Also, you can revoke your consent.

Beyond is a good overall game:
I really enjoyed the start of the game and the end, but I really hated the middle of the story.
At the start, it was actually making you care about the characters, Jodie, Nathan, Cole, like any other game.
But then, you get introduced to Ryan (or bradford from the rookie :D), an unlikeable CIA agent and then, one chapter later (a few years, I think), Jodie has a crush on him after literally no buildup. It really made me hate the game and feel like the story made no sense.
But later in the story you run from the CIA and after some time being homeless you meet him again and he actually gets some buildup so that you do give a ♥♥♥♥ about him.
This and the QTEs, which feel junky and half the time you don't know what input you need to do, we're the only things that I didn't like about the game.

What can I even say about DBH? It made me actually care about some pixel androids on my screen, made me actually tried to not keep them in constant pain and fear (though I didn't really succed lmao).

ALSO ♥♥♥♥ COLLECTIVE SHOUT - they tried to remove the game for 'abuse towards women' while missing the entire point of the story (its not cool to harm others even if theyre different).

Definitely one of the best stories I've played in a while.

Firewatch is more of a walking simulator or an audiobook with pauses; so, mechanically, all you do is choose dialogue options (that I'm pretty sure don't change the story). But that's not necessarily a bad thing, the writing is really good and the voice acting too.
Now, about the ending: most people think it sucks because it ends abruptly. SPOILER WARNING:The game builds up this whole mystery—like maybe there’s something big going on, maybe someone’s watching you, maybe it’s going to turn into a thriller or something more impactful. But none of that happens. It ends in a super grounded way that feels like a letdown after all the buildup.
In the end, Firewatch isn't bad. The art style is awesome, relaxing vibe, but, again, it doesn't really classify as a game. It's more like taking a walk in the forest and listening to an audiobook.
