The first shmup I've actually gone out and bought (sorry touhou).

This game just absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ OOZES charm, even while retaining fantastic visual clarity. The music is absolutely stellar, the soundtrack and sound effects are absolutely crispy, and the game just FEELS SO good to play. Everything combined comes together to create an auditory and visually impressive game.

When it comes to gameplay? It's got just the right amount of sauce for players to feel like they can optimize better and better without actually making the game itself harder, unless you crank the difficulty of course. The game encourages risky behavior for better score, without forcing it onto you (usually. Some patterns force risky behavior no matter what, really.)

All in all, absolutely love this damn game.

Just finished Canto 7. It literally only gets better with every new addition to the story.
I believe the game is starting to get a bit too hard for the casual player, and that's about my only gripe.
Project Moon has cooked for years but it's just gotten better and better, it's so good.
The art direction is such a treat to look at and only continues to evolve.
The theme/setting of the city is so interesting and we get drip-fed new info about it with each new story addition and it only makes the place all the more mysterious and me desperate to learn more about each Wing.
The climactic Mili songs to top off every single important story point just, they bring so much thematic energy to everything, and the in-house music devs have made banger after bangers for the stage themes. It's truly peak fiction, I'm on the edge of my seat waiting for more every time and never left wanting. This is one of my most anticipated stories of all time to see to its conclusion.

So far my opinion of this game is fairly negative, it just feels unintuitive and the game isn't accessible to someone that hasn't played it religiously for years. I've done nothing but get my ass beat 90% of the time and it hasn't felt fun at all to do so.

Absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ atrocious mess of balance and progression. I have played seven different MMORPGS and this one has been my least favorite in terms of power progression and stories. What the absolute ♥♥♥♥ are they cooking with the constant dlcs as well?

This games great but holy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ whoever designed the traps in this game NEED to get fired.

EAC was a mistake, banning mods was a mistake, VRChat was a mistake.

This game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awful.
From the framerate issues, to the many many bugs, to the awful slippery controls when doing ANY of the parkour secrets, to the hilariously overstayed welcome of the final levels and the sheer absurd amount of spawns it throws at you... it's a miserable experience and was only tolerable with friends in co-op.

This DLC has singlehandedly caused my opinion of triangles to plummet
10/10 would suffer through tricky triangles 2 again

I am absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thriving playing a character called "The Reptilian."
This DLC was absolutely made for me and I could not enjoy it more.
