Apparently I have to write something here... If you have to ask why a remake of Half Life is a great game, you didn't grow up with Half Life

Well tbqh there's a lot I don't like about it. But the community is great at pointing people the right way, and it's a good base building/explore mars.... Whatever genre this is?

Despite loving DBH on playstation, I can't actually recommend it on steam. When you first launch it, it takes its sweet time to setup. Meaning before you've even played it, you've spent at least 30 minutes in the game, reducing the amount of time you can actually play for before hitting the 2 hour refund limit.

Best part? It doesn't tell you this before doing it, and once you've launched it tells you not to close the game until it's done, so if you're not ready to sit around for 30+ minutes, you've effectively bricked your PC until it's done.

This initial stage also took my CPU to 100%, and completely stopped me being able to do ANYTHING else while it was running. I couldn't even use task manager to drop the priority so I could do other things.

It's basically crack in a game. I've finished it about 10 times and keep going back. EVERY time you finish it, you learn something new to make the next run easier. I've got over 1.5k hours and am still learning things.
