if you meen the source files of Brickster and Infomaniac, then well, that's easy to get.
first, you must use the program Crowbar.
you can download the addon via Steam Workshop Downloader.
after that, just enter into Crowbar.
go to the option "decompile".
on the "MDL Imput", click the "Browse..." button, and then select the models.
and the "Output to:", is optional, you can choose the "Subfolder" or "Work Folder", but i recomend you the Subfolder because it gives you the uncompiled models

after that, select the button "Decompile".
in that way, you can use the models on Blender or whatever you wish to mod.

but if you meen the Gmod folders (materials and models) to put it on the SFM or something like that, then again, download on the Steam Workshop Downloader and then put the files on your game files manually, simple.
