Eh, so there's no way to send a message unless you're friends with, but you mentioned you did some observer tests in the comment section of a mod called "Rebalanced Technology Spread [1.37] (not gonna leave a link because Steam might not like it) and replace it with " Reasonable Historical Direction". So how did that turn out? Looking for exactly the kind of mod you mentioned -- something that nerfs the ridicilous ahistoricity when it comes to tech.
