I'm enjoying Dwarf Fortress as I never was able before. The UI and the graphics help me grasp the world much better. Much of the simple streamlined UI brings joy to the experience. The option to use hotkeys really helps with repetitive tasks. I noticed that a couple of features are missing in the current version. Mostly these are probably for making it easier for new players but I miss some of them. For example, the trade depot access visualisation or the ability to build stairs more precisely. I hope all these details will be back after some time (maybe like the advanced digging options?) Seeing colours and understanding the game more is so much fun. Understanding what my Dwarfs need and building a large Fortress is more enjoyable than ever.

I'm hyped to try out adventure mode in the future and just play as much as possible.

Most of the time I dont have a idee what I'm doing and most of the time it dosn't work... but thats me and not the game xD

Ein super Spiel für zwischendurch. Am Anfang erschien es mir eher einfach aber je länger ich es spiele desto mehr beginne ich die Komplexität zu sehen und alle zusammenhänge. Weiter gibt es immer wider kleine Geschichten die dem spiel einen Charm und tiefe geben. So hat man immer lust und lust auf das/den nächste Abenteuer/Trip.
