This is now the best game I've ever played. You can feel every waking second of work and every ounce of love put into it. The music selection is flawless, and the game play of each song is obviously painstakingly crafted to perfection. The game plays smoothly and the movement feels incredibly satisfying. My favorite part of the game was one I would have never guessed going in. The story to this game is moving, never before have I been moved to tears (multiple times, at times for a long time) by simple shapes on the screen. The music and visuals on make for an emotional roller coaster. This game has taken me on a journey through happiness, sadness, and triumph. All with Just Shapes, and Beats.

This review is for the recent steam awards. Firstly, this game is excellent. The combat feels smooth and impactful, the music is wonderful, the environments gorgeous. Slowly learn new abilities to improve your movement and combat options. In addition to the mechanics, the storyline is compelling and goofy, developing only a couple of characters, mostly villains that you probably won't forget. The comedy is wonderful, why did I vote for this game for best use of farm animals? Which other game can you have not one, but two mentors who are farm animals teach you to fight better? No other game. Period. Get this game, it is wonderful.
