The expansion itself was really quite fun, is it forsaken levels? hell no but it was worth the money in my opinion. I quite enjoyed the D1 moon map so no real complaints there and i like the new additions they have made to it along with the new lore on the darkness and the pyramid. I quite like the overall aesthetics of the new armour, weapons, etc too also the scarlet keep looks great. Now more onto the bad stuff, like i said the moon map has mostly been recycled from the first game with a few new additions which is really quite lazy, the story was nowhere near as good as that of forsaken and it was quite lackluster, the new public event style thing is just escalation protocol v2 and there are no new unique races or enemy types. Overall i would give this DLC a 7/10 maybe a 6.5, in my opinion it is worth the money but its not great. P.S. quite a few people are complaining in the reviews for shadowkeep about the new season, the new season has NOTHING to do with this DLC in terms of what you get from purchasing this DLC, the new season is a completely different purchase so i would recommend ignoring them when it comes to this DLC

When i first started playing the game it was something new and unique but the more and more i played it the more i started to realise the faults in the game and with its developer. Gaijin are incompetent developers, they do not know how to balance the game (or don't want to because they can make money from it) by adding in vehicles that are superior to those already in the game be it at top tier or earlier in the tech tree. I regret wasting so much of my life playing this game. After the first few hundred hours i started to play only because my friends did as we didn't really have much else that we all "enjoyed" playing or because i was bored. If you can get past the faults of this game and its developer (of which there are many) then you will most likely quite enjoy it BUT there is a good chance these faults catch up with you and you will stop playing given time, at least from my experience. I hope this helped some people who were thinking about playing for the first time or thinking about returning.
