I played the original flash/browser games when they came out ages ago... Glad to see it got a fine polish! Thank you to the creator for bringing my childhood back.

Makes me think which makes my head hurt, which is good.

Played this game with a friend watching and peed my pants a little.... 10/10 game

I came into this game expecting some bad development and was just blown away... Gonna for sure stream this!!

Game started out really rough at first, managed to blow me away each and everytime... Figuratively and in the game, literally.

There are three things I would like to talk about:

1) The first being the stunning blend of gameplay and cutscenes especially when starting for the first time, or the twelfth time, I skipped over a TON of cutscenes, and trust me this game has enough to be a movie just cutscenes alone, I wish I could go back and tell myself to not, rather to wrap myself in the story more instead of having a friend spoil it for you.

2) The mechanic of having guns wear down over time was a grade A+ addition to the series and was sorely lacking in the first game, especially since you shot a lot of them hundreds if not thousands of times.

3) The non lacking side activities, including but not limited to; fishing, hunting, robbing people/trains, exploring, the random encounters, and DRIVING A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ TRAIN. These actions you can do in game, are what make it one of the best games of any year... I am so glad that I bought the game when i did and have IMMENSELY enjoyed hating that one character and wanting to shoot him each time I see him from now on...

TL;DR this game is the tits.

It's a great non-game, that I enjoyed not playing and crying at a few times.. Whether not out of frustration because I don't suck at puzzle games or my ability to read certain instructions

I started watching one of my favorite youtubers play it, I like the idea of a mining game where you can relax and build til either your computer melts or your game constantly crashes. So yes, I recommend this game 100%

Uh... Wallpapers + Animation + sound = This

I got the first Risk of Rain as a gift from a close friend back in.. 2014-15 around then and I played it almost non-stop the first few weeks.. I managed to get past the bosses that were killing me, managed to finally make it to the end and actually beat the first game, after going with the Huntress.. she is and will always be my favorite Survivor now I had heard a rumor that they were gonna be developing a 3D sequel and was immediately put off by it, thinking "Nah, this won't really be worth it because the first one was really great in my eyes, and the sequels to games nowadays have been really bad." Boy how I was wrong... I love the level design, love the new enemies that we can endlessly slaughter, the new mechanics/areas and a good return on the Magma Worm one of my favorite bosses!

TL;DR ♥♥♥♥ what people say about early access games... this one is worth it!

The 1.0 update changed my opinion on the boss... its Mithrix now
