(1) Hello there, Mikalana! I just wanted to thank you for coming to my defense on that PSO2 thread where a certain user was pretty darn racist. I went back to report them a SECOND time (Valve hasn't done anything since I made my last comment there) and I saw your comment.

I just wanted you to know that it means a lot for an American to be genuinely reasonable on Steam. As a Brazilian gay man, it's stressful to use Steam discussions whenever the topic of nationality or sexuality arises. I'm in constant fear that I'll be attacked in some forums—which I always am in those cases—and no one bothers to have my back when it happens. Sometimes, not even Valve, apparently. I feel pretty safe in a few Steam forums, but not the vast majority, where that user's behavior is quite prevalent.

(2) I've been working on my urge to have an argument, to maybe show people that they're being unreasonable or spreading hurtful views, but sometimes my instincts take the best of my as I expect an "oops, sorry" or, at the very least, a well-constructed argument that still manage to respect me and my experiences.

Sadly, I cannot be much help. I rolled my driver back through the control pannel. if that didn't work, restoring your whole compuuter to a previous point will likely do it. Otherwise, your best bet is to uninstall the current driver, and reinstall the old driver.
In terms of getting the game to work, I just got a new computer. :/

Hi dude, sorry for the random post, but I just saw you had a problem that is sucking my life since a year lol. It's about the amd driver update, the one who ♥♥♥♥♥ your native resolution and make your driver like dissapear. How did you fix it? I hope you can help me, or at least tell me what do you did, because now I can't go back to my oldest driver who never give me a real problem :/. Cheers!
