Report a translation problem
Needs a supervisor to give instructions, but after receiving them gets on with the job. However, sometimes needs to come back and ask for more guidance. Is a good team member in an emergency, following instructions quickly, but not taking a leadership role. When working to a firm but realistic deadline, *Frede always completes tasks to a high standard. Care and accuracy is obvious even when put under pressure of time. Prepared to work all the extra hours it takes to meet the deadline. *Frede can hold and engage an audience, but not convincing or persuasive enough to be used as a keynote speaker/presenter.
