As a heads up to all steam random adders, I'm not currently acceptin' random friend invites with the exception I've already met you somewhere like from a TF2 server we where both on n' ya talked to me before hand. Apologies for any inconveniences but I'm not 'bout to put myself in un-needed risk.

Info 'bout me n' other general things
Hey howdy n' welcome to my ol’ humble profile. Here are some things you’ll need to know about lil' ol' me. Before that, I need to give credit to Am Hydra for my wonderful profile picture that I'm very grateful for.

I’m a big-time dragon enthusiast. Ever since a wee lil' tot my childhood kinda revolved 'round dragons n' the general fantasy environment. Down the road, dragons still had a great influence to me n' I finally decided to embrace my true self n' here I am today. I've been a scalie/furry ever since 2006 to the current date.

The times I’m online can vary a lot. Some days I’m online earlier or later than others. For a general time frame, I’m usually online in the late afternoon/evenin’ time frames. On the occasion early mornings too. If I’m offline for the whole day or many days/weeks/months/years even, please don’t spam messages or freak out. I’m a semi-busy person in irl so I’ll do my best to get back online when I can. I’ll also occasionally check steam mobile, I’ll be slow to respond but I’ll still be happy to chat via mobile too.

The followin’ information will be a mix of my irl self n’ sona

I also want to follow up on rp/erp. While I don't typically do rp on Steam, but if ya wanted to engage with me in a rp session, I might consider it. I have some set rules because I'm very selective on who I can trust with rp n' what said rp is in mind. Before startin' an rp session, I have every right to deny your session request. Just make sure to ask kindly first, then I'll think about it n' go from there. Also if the rp session involves anythin' hardcore, like the more intense sides of any fetish/kink, I'll immediately refuse said session n' ya will have to find somebody else with all due respect. I have many limits to what I'll accept in rp sessions as I prefer more wholesome rp session interactions.

So what 'bout ERP then? I'm goin' to be very blunt and brutally honest. I ♥♥♥♥♥♥’ REFUSE to do any form of erp. The ONLY three exceptions I’d have to this no erp rule are the followin:
- You're somebody I fully trust n' have known for at least 4 years or 8 year's max.
- You have interacted with me in some form (text chat or voice chat) a good chunk of times.
- You are actually above the age of 21+.
Otherwise, If you're so very uncontrollably horny n' need an immediate erp fixin' at the very moment ya get online, go find n’ add an erp specialist n' do it all in their steam chat. I have absolutely zero desire n’ interest in fulfillin’ any erp request. I don’t apologize for the rudeness for this section at all in the ♥♥♥♥♥♥’ slightest as my distaste for erp is infinitely high.

*Disclaimer: The followin’ message is directed to various steam randoms/random trade server players out there only, and not to anyone on my friend's list currently.* I want to make this absolutely clear here, if the sole reason you’re addin’ me is to be negative in any harmful manner please do me a favor n’ delete all social media accounts. Life is too short to be ruined or soured by your negativity, you’re all better off gettin’ a job somewhere you live in n’ becomin’ successful enough to raise a nice family to live out the rest of your days. If not that, then live in a nice apartment doin’ stuff that actually benefits all of humanity.
If you still plan on bein’ a cesspool of toxicity, I genuinely hope your door to your room is vitrified so you can never leave there as you rot your very life away day by day in our own ocean of putrid toxicity.
To all the mindless scammers n’ bots: Don’t even bother, you defectives aren’t worth any time of day. You’re not foolin’ anyone, go reprogram yourself to be somethin’ more useful than an actually useless “scammer” who makes themselves look like an absolute pathetic scriptkiddy noob. It’s not a good title to have, it’s quite frankly embarrassin’ honestly.

As for everyone else, if you ever see any links posted on my comment section regardless of me bein' online or offline, DON’T CLICK ON THE LINK AT ALL COSTS, NO MATTER HOW SAFE IT LOOKS OR HOW LEGIT THE PROFILE LOOKS. Way too many people get their accounts stolen like that and I’ll remove any of those said links asap. Don’t take any unnecessary risks that’ll do you more harm than any good, you don’t want to have to buy a new computer/laptop all because you clicked a suspicious/innocent link.

That’s just about it, if you can prove your worth to me, I’ll do my best to serve well as a friend to y

With 41 hours put into so far n’ more to rack up, this game has been worth playin’ every second.
What had originally drawn me to Tribal Hunter was a few clips of it on YoutTube, then after watchin’ a full playthrough of it from a YouTuber, I was totally hooked to it n’ proceeded to add it my wishlist to then be treated by a close best friend of mine who got it for me the next day.

The story of Tribal Hunter is a simple, straightforward one. You’re an ancient guardian spirit ( and for some out there, I’m not referrin’ to Ori from the Blind Forest/Wisps series) named Much, who was summoned to help protect their village from evil n’ to destroy said evil. Through your adventures you’ll have some well written character dialogue n’ a nice servin’ of funny moments to add to the game’s charm n’ also slap your knees with good ol’ comedy.

You’ll find yourself mainly platformin’ with some combat intermixed too to keep ya on your n’ of course collect that sweet, sweet xp for various upgrades to become even stronger n’ whatnot. One move ya can do to gain some extra height that the game actually encourages is a punch jump. Basically, jump then immediately punch to slightly gain some more vertical height for the trade off of less maneuverability in general. You can also shoot fireballs of all types n’ an explosive egg ( with some certain enemies n’ boss ya can actually “feed” ‘em said egg to slowly gain weight for x amount of eggs ya shootout to immobilize ‘em or even defeat ‘em ). Ya can also buy some items at one of 3 shops. One is an item shop n' it offers a variety of good stuff but I'll let ya find out for yourself. The other 2 are food shops where each one has different food perks ya can use to your advantage but upon dyin' you'll lose that perk as a heads up.

The art in game is just spot on. It's pixel art heaven with a heavy amount to detail to really add to everythin' which is just eye candy to me. I also really love the general art style which I just could look at for days on end. Also if ya ever wanted to change Munch's style you're in luck for there is a artist's guild ya can drop by to have a hefty selection of all sorts of cool n' awesome styles for your Munch to dawn ( my personal favorite bein' the blue slime since I can see it bein' the closest I can get Munch to look like me n' I just really like a good dark blue mixed with other good blues. )

How's the music some may ask. Well, it's pretty gosh dang awesome! The music always fits the mood n' is just an ear worm that you don't want to leave. I would heavily urge ya to buy the soundtrack so ya can pull up these epic pieces of wonderful music at any time. I'd also have more to say 'bout the music but I'd be a broken record if I persisted.

Now it would be real a shame to not mention one other important gameplay mechanic, n’ that’s your capacity meter. For every enemy ya inhale to eat or all the food ya pick up, Munch’s capacity meter fills, at 100 you become slight bigger n’ can punch harder but ya get less movement speed, roughly at 250, ya become even bigger with even more harder punches but even slower than before. You can press down on the joystick/d-pad for gamepad users to burn off said fat to heal n’ help your capacity lower. For every food/enemy inhaled over a certain amount you’ll notice Munch’s icon make a different face n’ the closer ya get to full capacity the more Munch’s expressions will change n; should ya overeat/get overfeed/over-inflated/take too much damage you’ll explode thus endin’ your game until ya respawn at your last checkpoint.
To help with capacity management, ya can find various popper mushrooms that'll increase your capacity by 10 per one ya find, however don't depend on 'em too much for as you'll get capped from further capacity increasin'. You'll then need to go complete a new size ritual so ya can take on more weight n' whatnot.

Now with that all said, I will say the only complaints I have are just really some minor nitpicks but sometimes the level design puts lots of food crates n’ certain enemies/objects that can throw/shoot food at ya in tight/narrow spaces that if ya don’t manage your capacity right, ya will game over a lot. Yet sometimes the solution can be just as easy as use some of that exp to further strengthen or obtain to make said section easier alongside better capacity management. Also if ya don’t like the fetish aspect of the game with all the weight gainin’/inflatin’/at times hard vore/explodin’ from hard inflation/overstuffin' or whatever else ya may find n' doesn’t sit right with ya, then this game might not be for ya. Unless ya’d be willin’ to look past said aspects n’ still have really solid n’ fun platformer to play with n' could maybe even out the negatives ya might have. I also want to voice out that one of the gamblin’ achievements ya can earn, the one where ya have to win three times in a row, yeah that one in my opinion is one of the worst ones. Maybe I just stink at gamblin’ but it was definitely not a fun achievement to nab at all with all the rng n’ whatnot. So if ya go after it, just try to stay calm n’ make sure ya go in with lots of money beforehand.

Overall, Tribal Hunter is a super fun platformer stuffed full of charm, strategy, n’ overall a very fun n' enjoyable experience. That;s why I feel everyone should give a try at least once since what ya can "gain" personal experience wise. While $14.99 is a price that for some is hard to swallow n' may cause your wallet to lose it's capacity, maybe wait for the sale when it’ll then be $11.99 instead so it’ll be easier on your wallet’s stomach so it doesn't have to worry 'bout losin' much of that dough. I also don't apologize for any weight related puns/jokes, I'm goin' to use 'em to their "fullest" for sure.

(P.S.: For anyone out there who already 100%'d this game, if ya could maybe help me with the island...gourmet? achievement, at the very least hint me in the right direction, it would be highly appreciated because I'm quite stuck on said achievement. Leave a comment on the review if ya wouldn’t mind sharin’ otherwise I get it if ya don’t want anyone else knowin’ the secret to the achievement ( since it’s still a 0.2% earned one at the time of this review when I didn't edit the original review which was much more basic n' way less wordy, hehehe.)

As an update to the P.S., I actually finally managed to get the Island... gourmet achievement. I would've have just edited that part out but eh, I'm too lazy too n' would rather just add on to review instead. So the secret to get it, well, just go down the list requirement n' make sure to NOT get inhaled by the honey dragon that DOESN'T have the clear belly section. Refer to the achievement picture for a better reference unless ya encounter one in the mountain path on the way to hive.
