If you enjoyed Darkest Dungeon then you'll enjoy this game.

Also the developers have unashamedly woven some of their fetishes into this overhaul mod.

It's not a pro or a con I'm just warning you because if you live with someone that someone is going to walk in on you at the worst possible time and you'll have some explaining to do.

The good: This story is good. The choices are good. Your experience with this game will be good. The mods will be good.
The bad: Bethesda's handling of the Gamebryo engine is not very good.

Also you'll most likely spend more time modding this game than actually playing it once you get into modding New Vegas as there's always something that could be tweaked or one more feature that could be changed for the better, and something is broken or broke your game and you need start fresh.

Still a worthwhile game to play and would highly recommend it.

The game is so good that I played it to the point where I'm ashamed of my hours played.
