I tried a bunch of things to fix this within nvidia settings and nothing worked.
I am sure people may be right and it could be a great game but it is unplayable in this state.
All the battles run at 15 fps and there is way too much screen tearing.
I am sure an emulator could have this running and looking better than this remaster...
