An incredible game that fumbles a little bit at the end in my opinion. This game scratched that Pokemon itch better than actual Pokemon, while still being very much it's own game and identity. However, the final battle and ending were a bit anticlimactic and disappointing. Not even close to ruining the amazing experience though!

I can't remember the last time I've cried when finishing a video game, but now that memory will be of Citizen Sleeper. And I will cherish it.

I haven't played the DLC yet, but I really liked the main game. The dungeons and boss fights are great and challenging, and the story is mostly excellent. The more grindy MMORPG aspects I didn't love, but you can mostly ignore them as long as you do quests and buy the plain armor upgrades from the stores.

I had a real trouble judging height in this game, from platforming to shooting. It tripped me up a lot, and made solving some platforming puzzles needlessly difficult, but it wasn't that big of a deal.

I would definitely recommend CrossCode if you want a very solid game with good puzzles, great combat and story, but just ok exploration and platforming.

Incredibly fun

Very fun, chess-like game. Significantly easier than FTL (A game I've never beaten). A lot of the fun comes from unlocking new mechs and figuring out their unique mechanics, and eventually building teams of your own. I wish there was more mission variety, sometimes those can get repetitive.

If you like witty humor and mild to intense strategy, you will fall into the abyss that is pit people. I put 15 hours into the game the first 30 hours I got it.
