If you don't know Tsubasa - This is NOT a soccer game... it's not a simulation... It's Tsubasa :) It's an action-packed-over-the-top-action game. That being said, if you liked the anime, you'll love this game. It's the best "Tsubasa game" I've ever played, by far. It really does feel like the anime. Yeah, it's buggy.... but they'll patch that. The re-playability of it is great!
And no, there's no micro transactions here!

What a waste of money... God, it pisses me off so much when companies milk the same BS over and over to make a quick buck. This is the reason why there's piracy. I will not be buying another ubisoft game, EVER. And neither should you. The game wasn't even out and they were trying to shove "Deluxe" and DLC's, Season Passes and in game-currency down your throat.
