Some day we all have to let go of the ones we love most. They become immortalized in our hearts and minds, memories of them feel close, personal and comforting. We shared our lives together, experiencing the beauty of this world as we set aside the inevitable to bask in the warmth of each-others company. Time has pulled us apart but our love brings us together. We had our time, we grew old together and now must say goodbye. I hold you so close as our lips meet, kissing for the last time, knowing that this too will come to an end. Life without you feels cold, lonely and uncertain. All I have now is memories.
