Earlier this review was a "Don't Recommend" because Squad was adding emotes and gestures to the game. Now, I recommend Squad. Squad has acknowledged that they have roots in Project Reality and promised to honor those roots with reworks across the board.

Early Access Review
(260+ hours on Ready or Not Alpha at the time of this review)

Ah, Ready or Not. I supported Ready or Not in January 2021. The journey was bumpy, really bumpy, but Void Interactive persevered and created an amazing work of art. I'm being completely honest when I say I never expected this game to be anything but a memory. I played so many rounds in alpha on the half-textured gas, imagining the possibilities of this game. After the numerous problems (The horrid community feedback, the 1 year+ update wait time, and bugs that the devs were neglecting in the old build), I thought Ready or Not was down for the count. Ready or Not proved me wrong, buy this game at any chance you get.

The game is quite fun, I haven't found any hackers and I've been playing since operation health. I recommend this game when playing with friends because it is quite fun but after you play for a while you'll find your main and they always update the game every 3 months. There is buggy hitboxes but overall a fun game.

I highly recommend Cry of Fear. This game is terrifying, it makes you feel like you're in the game. Whenever you play you can slowly feel yourself get sucked in and then you can't stop playing. The game is very replayable because of the unlockables and doctor mode. The creatures are so terrifying, I'd say they're more disturbing than Silent Hill. You'd expect Cry of Fear because it's free to be one of those PTW (Pay to win) games, but Cry of Fear is the exact opposite. You may also expect it to be one of those jumpscare filled game which jumpscare you so much that you're not scared of it. Cry of Fear has jumpscares but they don't happen very often, this makes you tense up and makes you nervous. Whenever jumpscares happen, they will make you scream like a little girl. I recommend Cry of fear very much, I give it a 10/10 so you should definitely get the game. Good luck with the game whoever got it.

The game is glitchy, on the Cordis Die mission on the cutscene I can't even progress. I don't want a refund I just want the bug to get fixed so I can continue like all the other players with the glitch.
