Worth it if you liked the plot of the first game, but definitely not a good deal for the puzzles alone. They messed up by adding free movement which added nothing meaningful, instead of sticking with fixed perspectives/point-n-click like the original. Quite a few of the puzzles rely on you struggling to figure out how to interact, so they're tediously easy or unreasonably difficult with no relation to your intelligence either way. There's even a speedrun achievement (3 hours) which makes you uncomfortably aware of how much time you spend walking around, fiddling with knobbly bits, and watching unskippable animations instead of actually solving the puzzles you came for.

I liked the vibe of Machinika Museum (which I did get for free) enough to purchase Atlas for full price on launch, but it's probably safer to get your money's worth by waiting for a sale.

A point-n-click with charm, that doesn't overstay its welcome. Great visuals, great soundtrack.

If you want to fall asleep in a boring way, play a Visual Novel. If you'd prefer to drift off in a more pleasant manner, play this.

You couldn't make something like this today without people crucifying it for being woke.

I'm only halfway through but it's a great story with all the subtle depth and characterisation that Rocksteady's Arkham trilogy lacked, I just wish Telltale's QTEs were more generous with their timing so I wouldn't keep failing.

Nah. Way too focused on portals and sychronised pieces compared to the first one.

Cute little game. Puzzle-box room games are a niche I never explored before, but this may have changed my stance on that. I appreciated how the game didn't leave you stranded without a clue as long as you were willing to do the bare minimum of interacting and deducing the next steps.

I can die happy knowing that some of the best Flash games to grace the internet are available on Steam.

This game is so unplayable if you have more than 2 friends. The only activities you can do are group PvP, but that's a no-go without good gear, which you need to grind for -- and nobody's going to waste time grinding when PvE fireteams have a 3-person limit! GG Bungie, you deadlocked me out of the game years ago. ♥♥♥♥ you.

Fun for a few sessions, but not sustainable in the long run. It's overly simplistic once you learn what everything means (so it boils down to Mastermind/Codebreaker but with real people), and the rounds are fairly short to reflect that. If you're not doing anything else then it's good for short bursts, but this could never be my go-to game in any scenario.

I used to think the Remaster was buggy, with spasming ragdolls and floating cars and such, but this godawful PC port reminded me exactly what "buggy" truly means.

Weirdly enough, the Miles Morales standalone expansion didn't crash a single time, compared to this mess.

Seems like a good game so far. Will expound in future.
