Yes - and looks like their will be some robust single player content - albeit somewhat cringe.

Yes - I embarked on a mission to kill all vermin, red eyes, wings it did not matter. Wherever they scurried, I was there. Whatever shelter they found, I invaded. Non could escape my wrath. In a middle of a zombie horde I would spot those red eyes in the shadows, and I knew what I had to do....whatever the cost.

I wish my story ended there my friend alas it does not... over time I realised it was I that was the real vermin, hunting the innocent, raging war on those who asked for nothing more than to merely exist.

Best melee combat ever 10/10 would melee again.

A great game. While you can go in blind, I feel learning a little about the lore of The Mechanicum/ Adeptus Mechanicus and what they represent in 40k lore goes a long way to bringing the narrative to life.

This plays more like a DnD game, with squad based gameplay.
Once you start to learn the intricacies of using cognative points and certain tech priest builds, you will find yourself pulling off sweet strategic manoeuvres to exterminate the necron threat.

Random elements will happen on missions but so far the unlocks have been moreish and there is a charm to the characters. Defo wroth a look if you even remotely like squad based games or 40k.

I know Wolcen is the flavour of the month - but this really has a different feel. The weight to combat and feel of the different builds is pretty top notch. Moody and ..stompy...

Ok first off, I kind of like it.

Yes it's not quite DOW 1 or DOW 2 and while I respect the critisims of those invested in the lore or who have been burnt by Relic in the past - from a more casual perspective - it's kind of ...fun.

Similar to Halo Wars - this has been streamlined and might not be for the armchair strategists out there.

If you are looking for an accessible RTS that is more action orientated than mico managing - this is worth a look.

If you are on the fence - then Steam's refund policy has got your back. Try it before you pass it by - remember you can't please ALL the poeple ALL the time.

I know as gamers there is a lot to be playing right now. BoTW, Persona 5, Yakuza 0, Nioh and plenty more to boot. However you will be doing your self a disservice if you pass this game up.

I had heard the critics rave about this game, but it wasn't until I played it that I realised how special this game is. The combat is fluid and deep, the story is intruiging and there are little touches that just scream this was developed with a whole lot of love and passion.

If you are drowning in games right now, make sure to return to this little number: for me, its up there for GOTY.
