a really good "budget" hades-like
good characters, great soundtrack, great art, punchy feeling combat and sound design
sucks that the dev team was basically shuttered before their work could bear fruit, i hope they can manage to come back in some way because i would love to see the team work on something with a bigger budget and less time constraints

pathetically crumbled to a minority of transphobic and homophobic "gamers" who hadnt even played the game, replacing "body type A and B" with "male and female" for literally no reason.

nobody was upset except people who thought it would be a good way to attack and upset trans people, people who literally hadnt played the game screeched about it to the games director on twitter and thats why this was changed

please release a dlc so i can give you more money

incredible game, a bit brutal, but incredible
like if someone crossed thief and kings field with a bit of older elder scrolls
a little buggy at times and not finished yet of course but definitely worth the price, im enjoying the absolute hell out of it.

been following and waiting for this for years now, just a chill game where you get dropped on an island to have a bit of a walk take a picture before moving on.

i went in with pretty high expectations and while it doesnt quite meet them, its still a very good game that i can tell was made with pure adoration of the ps2 era action platformers, lots of fun homages to tropes of the time
feels a little bit like Jak 1, ratchet & clank, and scaler, had a weird 3 way low budget baby together
for the price, its 10000% worth it, its the kind of hidden gem youd find in the discount bin of EB games in 2009
