Having been one of the first batch of players that completed Honour Mode, alongside fully 100%ing the game in terms of achievements shortly after, I cannot recommend a game as highly as I recommend this one.

Everything from the combat to the voice acted dialogue to the visuals, interactivity, pacing, narrative and didactic meaning behind the game is perfect, and not once does it stumble in its approach.

With every vocal and physical reaction the player's characters evoke at being hit or even being given a movement command, with every piece of music that plays passively while exploring or actively during the amazing boss-fights (which just got better after some reworks and additions in Honour Mode), everything about this game objectively bleeds pure passion from the developers.

This game shocked me with how high quality it was, I went in with no expectations whatsoever and went out with 100%ing the game out of sheer enjoyment across multiple different playthroughs.

A great co-op experience as well as a singleplayer masterclass, Baldur's Gate 3 is a must-purchase and the best game ever made in the crpg genre, perhaps even being one of the greatest games to ever be made period.

This game is what happens when developers actively have talent, motivation, passion and a willing mind to listen and actively communicate with its playerbase.

Thank you Larian for making this masterpiece, and a huge congratulations for winning the well-deserved Game of the Year award. I myself cannot wait for more projects involving Larian, whether it be more content with regards to Baldur's Gate 3 or an entirely different product altogether.

Larian deserves all the respect in the industry, as well as all of the benefits which that respect comes with.

(Side note: I started closing my eyes and humming the main menu theme to myself imagining I was in Baldur's Gate irl when the Game of the Year award was announced. Chills. Minthara remains the best NPC :) )

One of the most beautiful stories and interactive gameplay narratives I've ever had the pleasure to witness. Some bugs here and there, but the game play was flawless regardless. I wish Lwanda Megere was my father.

10/10 game.
