total trash could make a better game in 5 min.

First I would like to say that I love this game! But Valve can you add time to the reconnecting timer. My computer will over heat and I have to reconnect in 3 min. 3 min. is not enough time. and some times I am loading the map and the timer runs out and I join, finish the game and than get a 7 day cooldown/ban. sometimes my keybord stops working and I have to restart my computer and that takes time, cuting it close. But in my last game I joind and the time had run out and the game had finished so I was on the sever by myself the game was over I and had a great time for the rest of my evening I got on for at 6 am this moring and saw the ban. This was supposted to be best winter break I've ever had but no, Valve had to ban me for reconnecting to the same mach. Valve you make or break my day with every game I play. But 7 day ban is pointless I dont do this to troll. I Leave the game to fix problem, and than reconnect. I hope you fix this so others with my problem dont have to wait like this and have a terible break or time just because they did not reconnect in 3 min. this is why you should make it 5 min. or get rid of the cooldowns/bans. Valve I hope you have a great holidays but please fix.
About 1 year later I have a new pc but the amount of cheaters has been tripled it seems like. ok game please fix.
