Pros:
Excellent graphical detail even on low graphics settings
Excellent storyline
Excellent use of interactive features to tell the story
Virtually no cut scenes
Unique combat system
Lots of customization
Game is currently unfinished, the devs have already promised and planned a number of massive updates to be released over the next year
Cons:
Endgame is essentially one big grind (Devs have stated that this should change in future updates)
Dark Zone (end game area) requires 2+ players to be farmed optimally and solo players will be unable to survive past the first three sections of the dark zone regardless of their gear.
PVP system is unrefined
Due to stats scaling with gear higher geared players will have a massive advantage over new players
Due to the complete lack of anti cheat the Dark Zone is currently overrun with players using mods to max out stats, teleport, and essentially break the game. However I seriously doubt this will last as I am sure ubisoft is aware of the problem.
Decent amount of server lag on release
Pro/Con (depending on play style and point of view):
Difficult and time consuming to master.

Tom Clancy's The Division is a truly unique game, the devs really went out on a limb when designing it and many of the features will seem alien to traditional FPS players however after getting used to the changes it is an amazing and enjoyable game. If you have a group of friends looking for a game to hang out and play together this is it, while the game can be played solo you will have the most enjoyment with a team. I have put about 40 hours into the game in the past 6 days 12 of which with friends and the game has yet to get old, the massive amount of customization options tend to make you forget that you are spending all of your time grinding NPCs and the game devs expertly used world events and alternating skill levels and weapon types on the NPCs to make each encounter seem different. Even if you dont plan to grind out gear and just want to play casually the initial story mode/leveling process is truly amazing and certainly more fun than the story modes of games like COD. While the game is great asis the devs have planned updates and I am sure the game will only improve from here.
I would recommend this game to both hardcore and casual gamers
