it really feels like a proper halo game, instead of the gross feeling multiplayer of 5

This game piqued my interest with its realistic style combat and weapons list, and it did not disappoint. Despite being in early access, it's a mostly good game. The one major thing I hope for is an increase in playerbase.

this game has gone to ♥♥♥♥, the NA servers are dead constantly, and when I can get into a game, its on the EU servers, making my ping to high to be able to play effectively. I waited for 30 minutes in a lobby by myself, just for 2 people to join in, and one to leave halfway through the match. TDM is no fun when its 1v1 and the other player has a massive ping advantage on a map made for 20+ people.

This game went from being $30, to free to play, to $15, all while still being in early access, and entirely changing its feel throughout those three price changes. The third party installer is scummy, as there's zero logical reason for this outside of avoiding steam refunds. The original version I played back in 2019 was leagues better, and way more fun. So much potential wasted, I'd rather play the fustercluck that is 2042 than deal with third party installers and launchers for a game that's been in early access for 4 years and used to be enjoyable.
