Early Access Review
I adore this game.

I also hate it. Im scared of it. I am nervous playing it, and I never explore.

Its wonderful.

Im scared ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, not because of what Ive seen, but because of what I dont see. What I hear. What I know *could* be there, but maybe isnt. You wont know unless you look.

Devs add new context every month, give or take, and this is shaping up to be quite the adventure.

I whole heartedly recommend.

Its Skyrim. Its free. It offers 4gigs+ RAM support, with a new engine.

This is a rerelease. If you dont mod, dont bother.

But its free anyway, if you have all of Skyrim. Go for it.

The game bugged and I was given unlimited rage. Passed 2 Acts, and went from level 17-28 in 2 hours. Quickly became a bloodthirsty hack-n-slash.
10/10 would destroy the game again. Loved it

POKER NIGHT 2

From Telltale Games, the genius' behind Poker Night at the Inventory, The Walking Dead series, (no, the good one) and such classics as that other game they made, comes the sequel of the previously mentioned game.

Poker Night 2 is a complex open-world Space-themed RPG, with an amazing three part story line, complex moral decisions, and in depth NPC relationships. Well, it would be, if it was Mass Effect, which it isn't.

What Poker Night 2 ACTUALLY is, is a fun, short video game based on a boring, long card game. With such features as-
Playing Poker
Winning at Poker
Losing at Poker
Playing Ohama ('Whats that?' Exactly.)

Ok, Im tired, so Im gonna sum this up. Poker Night to is an attempt to bring a beloved Card game to PC gamers. An attempt, which I can safely say without snipers taking me out, that has succeeded. Bring back the formula of its predecessor, you, a nameless, mute player, play a high stakes, (not really) game of Poker with your favourite characters from Pop culture, such as Brock Samson, the one guy from that Adult Swim thing, Ash Williams, the titular character from Army of Darkness (Ask your Mum) Sam, from Sam and Max (You know the Rabbit thing? His partner.) And Claptrap! Yeah! You know Claptrap! With luck, skill and patience you must beat these four, game after game, to win their secret special buyins.
Its pretty much the same.

Some new features they added are the random challenges, being a way to keep you playing, insead of spamming restart to get Max's Pistol. These range from, 'win a hand' to 'do a backflip,' so they test your patience. The banter between the guys is funny, and there is heaps of it. GladOs mocking you get dull, but every now and then, a new skit will pop, and a smile will stretch across your face.

What I am trying to say is, I came for the items, I stayed for the Poker
Im stilling trying to *get* the items.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥....

Oh FTL. You are but a cruel mistress. From your brutal difficulty to your excellent replay value. I hate you, but that is why I love you.
*Cough* Anyway. FTL: Faster than Light is a game. No, actaully its not. It is not a game, it is a masterpiece crafted from the wrought gates of Heaven. Im going to stop with the unneeded garbage and move on. FTL is a... thing. I honestly cannot tell you what it is without comparing it to something, and it is so original that is almost impossible. Ok, its a space themed adventure strategy thing, where you as a unseen commander of the lives and movements of those who dare enter your ship, must pilot your craft through 8; is it 8? I think its 8. 8 levels of increasing space madness. All the while scavenging ships, defending against ships. attacking ships, and some other stuff. Stuff like trying to somehow plan your journey through the cosmos all the while a rebel fleet is trying to cram itself up your arse, maintaining enough fuel or excape, finding enough cash for the much needed upgrades, and planning how your are going to fight this time, as your died last run on level 5, and you want to try something different, but you ultimately revert to what you were doing in the first place becuase it is what you know. Also, besides random fights and loot pickups, random events occur were you have to make some choices, like letting the possibly insane man aboared your ship as an extra crew member, at risk of him going mental and commiting murder, or collecting a horse from a rare planet to sell, in which it will likely attack and kill a crew member. Also, different regions have different characteristics, such as solar storms to asteroid attacks. ALSO, the combat is fantastic, allowing you to pause whenever you wish to take a breather and let your heart rate go down, while you decide how is the best why to deal with the threat of invading aliens, loss of oxygen, and a fire.
Anyway, I am literally losing breath thinking about it. No, im not kidding. Seriously, I am NOT kidding.

Buy this game. It is a marvel. It is a joy. It has so much playtime for $10, that it is insane. Also, get a teleporter, and two mantis to use it. You get more scrap if the ship remains un-blownup.

Meh.

After all the Reddit posts being a massive circle jerk, I have to get something off my chest. You may love this game, for its crude humor and 'random' gameplay. The way you may customise yourself for real money, sure, like TF2, but at least there is an economy. Everything is expensive, too expensive to bother with. My time is precious to me, and I dont want to waste it on the hopes of having fun that may never occur. Drone Drone Drone. I can go on (I wait, I do) Anyway, I probably dislike this game based on the amount of unconditional praise its recieving, or becuase my hatred has festered in my mind, but Alons y. Read on, random viewer.

Fine Fine. Ill expand. Im typing this as I think of it, so bear with me. A few ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I have from a few hours of play are these. Firstly, there are very little maps/gamemodes, but it is a early game, so forgiven. Secondly, they sell themselves as a fully customisable game, but the customisations are not that great. For example, there are four weapon types, each with 5 ish bullet types. You can customise the barrel, which is good, but some are useless. You can customise the stock, which is also good, but all of them, for the rifle-ish guns anyway, are useless. You literally can buy an aluminium stock that makes you gun WORSE. Ammo cap isn't really needed, as the amount of ammo held is sufficient. You buy upgrades with money, wich comes in too slowly for you to easily find a gun style that fits you, as when you buy an upgrade it only applies to that weapon type, eg Fire shot on a pulse rifle is good, but you will need another 3k to buy a fire shot for the beam. Any customise character options are bought with real money, and untill you give the audience a reason to buy them, no one will. What else, What else, the controls are a bit finicky, but could be getting use to. The extraction gamemode is stupid, needs more challenge in it. The PvP is kinda difficult, as most players are use to fighting bots, with is more fun anyway (for me).
Enough negatives though

Loadout is free. Yay
Great aesthetics,I like them, though a little crude.
Gore and death is made always nice to see, so dying is fun. Yeah, I know, wierd

Hmmm, blah blah blah, make upgrades a bit easier to get, so you can form your own playstyle, as the skill tree makes upgrading said weapons your true goal. Yeah, a skill tree, in an online game. Expensive and stupid. You can buy and upgraded anything from mini turrets to heal grenades, but WHY BOTHER? Wierd, but you know...

Personally, It needs work, lots of it. But you can wear a pixelated penis, so thats amazing, if you want to pay for it.

Concluding le rant, play this game. Try it, its free. My only wish is that it gets BETTER.
(Steam, make a 'Meh' recommend option pls)
