I started playing Dota 15 years ago, and back then, it was an incredible experience..late-night games with friends, endless laughter, and the thrill of pulling off insane plays together. Every match felt like an adventure, not just because of the game itself, but because of the people I played with. The teamwork, the inside jokes, the moments of absolute chaos and it was all part of what made this game amazing.

But as time passed, friends moved on, got married, relocated to another country, and life took over. The game changed too, and not for the better. Now, it's a frustrating grind filled with toxicity and negativity, where teamwork is rare everyone is selfish, too many smurfs, and fun is no more. But I still try to play, hoping to recapture even a fraction of that old feeling, but it just isn't the same.

If you're new to Dota, I wouldn’t recommend it, but without a good group of friends, it's just a toxic, exhausting experience.
