👹🥞💙 Performance review for LuXoR 🐊🌽🥒

Uses the hands or hand-tools reasonably well, but has not not yet achieved fully mastery and control, and still struggles with detail and new processes. Stays cool in an emergency, but needs help from others to take the right action quickly. LuXoR has strong artistic or craft skills. LuXoR enjoys working without supervision and always continues to carry out duties effectively. But also knows when a supervisor’s advice or authority is required, and seeks help at the appropriate time.
