I've played it a couple of times now with my boyfriend over Skype, we have shared libraries so we can both take turns defusing. We argued, a lot. We yelled, a lot. We exploded, a lot.
It's really a great game. Doesn't take that long. And every bomb is different, so you'll never have to stop playing.

Only minus I could find is that the everyone, before you start, should have had a quick look at the Manual. That way, everyone Defuser and Guider(s) alike know what the damn thing looks like and how hard it is to guide someone through the defusal at some points. But the game explicitly says that the Defuser should never see the manual, but that's only really during the game.
