This DLC is amaze-balls awesome, heads and shoulders above the other two, which were as mediocre as a 70th birthday in an old folk's home.

The DLC mission is a full, rich experience, including new enemies, detailed level design, and additional lore. Characters we love are explored in better detail, while a few new ones (who I'm sure will be adored) are introduced as well.

Also it made me cry. Probably worse than after I watched E.T.

The additional unit added in the DLC is excellent as well. Its design is brimming with personality, its customization options don't wildly diverge from the story, and its skill tree is, *kisses finger*, magnifique. It's about time vanilla XCOM 2 got a tanky support class with viable defensive options.

In general, the DLC is as detailed and beautiful than The Last of Us, contains a plot that's as compelling as a five-car pileup involving a garbage truck, adds a soldier that is the product of a romantic threesome between Chappie, Johnny 5, and WALL-E, and contains more feels than the ending of Alexander Hamilton.

10/10 would cry again
