Let me fix the biggest issue for you: In graphics settings, set the frame rate to the highest (NOT >60). This will fix any lag or tear.

It's fun. Yeah, the first 5-10 games are riddled with bots. If you power through though the actual player games are fun af. Anyone dissing the game probably fought bots for 15min and gave up. Mechs are all closely balanced, not pay to win. Overall a fun game to chill playing.

Rebought the game this week. It blackscreened my PC 3 times forcing me to hard reset. I really love survival games so its upsetting that this one is still buggy. Heres to hoping the Devs make it awesome in the near future!

It's pretty fun, but just know that everyone you play will ALT+F4 the second you start to win. Terrible punishment system ... and by terrible, i mean there isn't one. 8/10

A solid, fun game. The art is amazing, and its really fun to play/explore. That being said, WAIT. Wait to buy the game. You get about 8 hours of on the ground gameplay, if you dont already know what you're doing, and its over. There is virtually nothing to do in space right now.

The quick Answer is YES, you should buy the game.

The Good:
I've never had so much fun with a game before even starting the match. The customization of your empire is fantastic and clearly had thought put into it. The game is good, its entertaining, its deep, its mechanical. Almost everything you want in a stratagy titly is in this game. The exploration part of the game rarly ends, there is almost always another star to survey, the battles are weighty and dangerous... Nothing worse than being 15 minutes into a game and seeing a 1.5k fleet warp in. GOOD FUN!

The Bad:
While the stratagy side of this game is fantastic, this game lacks the tactics that I enjoy most in stratagy games. Battles are automated between armies and you really have no control over the outcome besides being able to build custom ships to counter the enemy. The tactical side of the game is non-existent in terms of military. Also, the lack of humanoid charters bugs me, but thats because im a Xenophobe.

The Ugly:
Do you like games like ATotal War and Sins of a SOlar Empire were you can play a game for 3 hours before its over? Then you're going to love this game because mpst matches take 3 hours to even get moving. Gameplay is slow, and exploration takes time. If everyone plays right you're looking at hours of in game play for a single session. The ships move to slow unless on the "fastest" time setting. The early game is fast, mostly due to the excitment of starting, the middle game is a drag fest ... like you know how they tie people to horses in the movies then have them risde off draggin the victim in tow? Yeah, replace horse with turtle and you've got the mid part of a Stellaris match. In fact, I've only ever finished one match in total. Otherwise I usually fall asleep at my computer!

Don't let the ugly lead you away though. Its a great game and well worth $40. Plus, with the ability to mod on day 1 it is easy to pour hours into this game and the replayability skyrockets. Now I just need to wait for the Star Trek: Infinities mod to launch!

This game is the closest to hunger games I think anyone has come. It's not like Arma 3 or H1Z1 Battle Royals were you grab a gun then run around blasting people. The weapons and danger are weighty, combat is scary and risky no matter how good you are, weapons are scarce and you'll be lucky to see a gun once every few games. The thrill is amazing, you can really play any way you want. Nothing is quite as satisfying as stalking your prey through the woods for a few minutes and finally throwing a spear through their back. What a rush! Can't wait to see where they take this game.

Things I'd want to see done:
- Still needs optimizing, obveously, max graphics drop my fps faster than a stone cold stunner.
- Some minor balancing on weapons: a nerf on the taser and buff on some of the melee.
- I know they are making some new maps and I'd love to see something more lush. Stalking people through the woods is fun but there isnt a ton of cover.
- Bigger team options (3 players or 5 players)
- Finally, a voice proximity chat. Every survival battle game needs some trash talk!

Shames the DayZ name. Graphics are low end Arma 2 graphics. Gameplay is weak and lame. They add cool new things regularly but the basic gameplay are still broken and boring. Do not recommened.

The plot is very vauge so here's a no spoiler synopsis: The gods kill all the dragons to keep they're power, you are the chosen one (chosen to do something), you'll either die so many ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ times that you stay a hero, or you'll live long enough to become the Dark Lord. Don't read too much into it though. TRUST NO ONE.

It's so hard it's annoying. The shear amount of deaths you face in the forst 5 hours is amazing. Don't give up though! It is worth it to fight through the rage! Great game, amazing story, cool weapons and armor. Custimization is amazing for its time. LOVE LOVE LOVED IT. Buy it now and do yourself a favor!

Firewatch is Gorgeous, but the Fire Never Rises.
Minor spoilers, but no dead give aways.

First off let me say that the game is gorgeous, and its good; but it isnt great. The art is really neat and looks great for what it is. The music is captivating and goes great with the setting. That being said, the plot falls short. I felt like I was playing "Explore the Woods Simulator 2016" more than a mystery game. Sure there is a mystery but it never really is explained it kind of just develops out of nowhere. One minute you are at point A. and suddenly you are at Z with very little in between. It was frightening to play thinking that there was more to come but it just never happened. The most intense moment in the game is a semi stealthy exploration of an unchartered camp which, in reality, isn't even a threatening part of the game. I was giddy in the middle. I felt like the game might have a scooby doo ending where theres a villian behind everything trying to scare away people to secure his treasure or something silly, but it didn't even come close to that. In fact, you never even really encounter a villian. Like I said, its a decent game, not worth $17 though. Maybe grab it on sale and kocnk it out one day. Just don't go in with hopes of a great story.

Would not reccomened for full retail. Pick it up on sale and enjoy it.

This was by far the most beauiful game I have played in a long time. First time in a long time that I've sat down and played a game straight through. It took me about 2 hours but depending on how good you are at puzzles it could take longer or less time. The graphics are strunning, gorgeous, out of this world. The plot is amazing, keeps you on the edge of your seat. It's scary, like really scary. But not in a saturated jump scares kind of way. It's erie and spooky. The music is beautiful and horrific. The puzzles are challenging and unique. Pick it up on sale because it's not super long. I 100% encourage you to play it!
